dinner tonight!
i shall be cooking dinner tonight because i dont feel like eating the usual boring food!le menu:
spaghetti amatriciana -customised MY way :D with extra joanne love and of course, special ingredients
ratatouille, or rather, just some vegetable stew, coz i dont know what cayenne is, and therefore, i am not using it hahah
lemon and rosemary chicken
that is all, for now. i have finished the chicken and veggies, and the amatriciana is now simmering happily on the stove as i type this. the chicken is awesome, much better than expected, though a little too salty for my palate. the veggies turned out ok, veggies were never my thing, even though i did a whole A level project on it, thanks to miss-health-conscious-jean-chong :D
amatriciana, i love my amatriciana! its gooooood! so gooooood!
the chicken is so awesome, i'll make it for sunday's dinner too! :D
oh i have to add: i met joel lee jr and beatrice from church, and andrea khoo at driving the other day! interesting eh.
