that is all, for now. i have finished the chicken and veggies, and the amatriciana is now simmering happily on the stove as i type this. the chicken is awesome, much better than expected, though a little too salty for my palate. the veggies turned out ok, veggies were never my thing, even though i did a whole A level project on it, thanks to miss-health-conscious-jean-chong :D

we had our AH D&D yesterday! i was very kindly sponsored by donald, my boss, who came in pjs as john the little brother of wendy in peter pan! the theme was fairytales and fables, and i came as captain jack sparrow! emcee was an ass, but i loved rachel as princess rachel (now she's sister rachel chua hahah), and goldilocks and the three bears (aiwei, desiree the adult, and my 2 kakaks), and the other jack sparrow (a dentist heehee) stupid emcee made goldie and the 3 bears get last for the dancing segment even though they got the most applause (papa bear was swinging her tail and uh, mock smacking goldie's butt, and baby bear was all hiphop)
oh yes, this post is titled digestive shite because i had diarrhoea yesterday afternoon and wasnt feeling all that good. and now the funny stomach feeling is back, maybe due to what i drank last night.
well, after D&D, i decided to go with the adult, kakaks, and some other happy people to st james powerhouse! (eeeeheeehee thats where mr sito goes! ...does he?) and whoa, malay girls are like, so much hotter than chinese ones on the dance floor can. very very interesting experience :D
lost my balance and almost fell over when 2 of them suddenly sandwiched me and did their erm.. i dunno what its called.. dancing? to me? except i was very very unglam when caught off guard and legs trapped by theirs lol. started flailing my arms about ): but hey, the guys dancing (or chicken-dancing lol) in front of us were still worse than me at that unglam point hahah. they looked pretty dumb :D

but but! some geek tried to befriend her hahaha. twas hilarious! "hi my name's gerald" "hi" "uh, what's your name?" "JANE" lol. so she made up this story about how we're all malaysian and we're here only for 2 more days, and my name was mary LOL. then he asked if we tangoed or salsaed and desiree said that she tangoes. hurhur. then he wanted to tango or something, but desiree said no, and i told him to show us a bit of his tango and maybe she'd like to dance. but he kept saying he needs a girl to dance with him for tango and he asked me, and i said "nah i'm not into that stuff, i do hiphop" lol. shat i should've said breakdance. i loooooved messing with him hahahah. so then he asked me to do hiphop and i was like "noooo, i'm tired, been dancing the whole night" i then sit on the chair and slap my calves for added effect :D dunno why, but he hung around a bit and then told me he was going to the boiler room. am i his mum? lol! funneh funneh funneh! so he left. and um, was pretty funny when he came back later and we were all dancing hahahah.
we left at 4am, and went to the adult's house! the adult went to sleep real fast ): i played her housemate arvin's PS3!!!!! yumyum love the ps3. ninja gaiden was pretty cool heh. the ps3 is oh so cool! wireless and touch activated! uh then i went to sleep at 6, and darn, adults have lovely beds! woke up at 8 :D 2 hours of sleep!
st james was.. alright. the music wasnt that great leh. there were some good ones, but not most of the time. and the cleaner doesnt clean the wet floor): aaand the guys in there were just uncool.

aaand a bit of rum and coke a took from the girls' jug to take away the taste of tequila :p

cant they just scrap PW already!! the kids cant cope with all the extra deadlines, and i have to wipe MOE's sorry ass. thanks to MOE, we family members have to help our siblings/kids/cousins with their homework. PW is alright if you implement it properly and have a proper grading and teaching system that is standardized across the board ok. but MOE just throws their half baked idea on us and expects us to clean up after them!
and the kids doing it. GAHHHH. plz plz dont do project work if you cant, coz its painful watching you. cmon, MOE, PW should be optional. i just sat through 22:30 min of pain watching an oral presentation. they piss me off. they are boring. and what is that OP workshop vendor teaching them!! the longest 22 min of my life i think. its draining and just so.... horrible, like seeing a person being skinned alive, being disemboweled and having his intestines wound around a tree as he is led round it, dying from pain and blood loss, in the worst possible way with no dignity!
they are so bad! its like, a secondary school presentation? or primary school? they're just reading off the slides! and their papers! and the slides are the worst! BORING! BORING! BORING! imma gonna have to give them an earful sometime. JC students should not be giving such shoddy work! 1 year in JC already! any upper primary kid could do what they did! and probably even better than them! STUBBORN AH? DONT WANT TO LISTEN TO TEACHER'S GOOD ADVICE HUH? slaappp you then you know!
sorry i am quite pissed because i got a lot of shite today and this was a horrible presentation.

driving
today's driving lesson was... annoying. i had some new instructor who was annoying. he kept braking for me! rargh! and he spoke in such a.. nasal and scarily perversely soothing way that somehow caused the word "paedophile" to pop into my head. he kept going "mmmmm, yesssss" and he kept putting his knee at my gear changing lever (forgot what its called hahar) which is so annoying coz he's obstructing, or rather, cramping my style! its weird to keep touching his knee everytime i change gear. and i'm driving MANUAL ok. and the obstruction doesnt stop there. he rests his hand on my handbrake rarrrrr!!! so once i deliberately coughed AT his hand to make him move it so i could pull my handbrake. i was so annoyed with his braking for me, i floored the accelerator comparatively more today. and he doesnt do his job lor. i moved off in 2nd gear quite a bit today (deliberately) and he idnt even tell me or anything. OH. and he kept opening the window to flick specks of some substance which, i gather from the frequency at which his hand approached his face, is his snot. HE'S CRAMPING MY STYLE, DAMMIT!

anyway, poor jean failed her driving test again. so i guess all she can do is continue to drive us round the bend (:

i managed the "mother of all documents" (thats what my boss called it, our environment of care policy heheh) pretty well! audit on it was smooth! yeshhhh! but, whoo! i know why its called the mother of all documents now!!! its like, so huge, thick and heavy, and it took so much and so long to get it done up! and it has so many thick thick appendices! and the appendices altogether are many many times thicker than the actual eoc doc!
TUESDAY- my team's supposed to just take care of the FMS (facilities management), but since the nursing and physician teams were doing pretty bad, we decided to assist them as well today! oh boy, i'm SO TIRED! but so fun! i was back-up (tailing) in the morning, but because i was being seen too often, i switched to advance (prep departments to be audited in advance) in the afternoon! we did pretty well today!! hohoho!
WEDNESDAY- rather relaxed today coz my FMS group passed with flying colours, so our auditor switched to clinical. still ran around a bit to prep when auditors started moving, but there was much less running and spying today ): auditors doing mostly document review and SQE. now i think almost all the nurses recognise me hahaha. when i come in theyre like "eh runner!" "where are they now?" "hallo runner!" but smokers are so annoying ): shah caught 6 smokers today, and yasmin found 20 cigarette butts )):
started stoning halfway during the jci debrief today hahah. i need more sleep luhh
oh! and we finally went out todayyyy. we had dinner at some place called greenhouse in vivo! YOOSING CAN DRIVE! hurhur. her level of coolness is thus automatically greatly increased! (: and she drove us home yay (: yoosing you know i love you so <3

oh boy oh boy jci's tmrw! you know why i'm so excited? coz i've got a really really cool top secret role to play for jci! its sorta fbi-spy-ish, and i get to wear comfy clothes! and i'm even more psyched now that i'ce watched mr and mrs smith on tv hahahahah. so cool la :D
oh and i'm feeling rather invincible too! (i know i'm not, but eh, let me have my fun la) i'd been having pain in my left achilles tendon since tuesday, just woke up and i had it. apparently coz i've been overstraining it i think. i mean, i run around and up and down AH (coz the lifts are so slow, and there are so many slopes and hills) many rounds, for almost the whole day, almost everyday, so i guess this was gonna happen. or maybe i just did something really violent in my sleep. aaaand i've been couging and coughing lots since last wk. and it got worse today coz i probably caught something from the wards yesterday (yes, running around the whole day yesterday too, and its a saturday! i worked from 9 to 6pm yes hahahah) so today i had a slight fever after church. amazing thing is, after all that, i went home, took a super long, luxurious nap from 230 or 3 to 530 and suddenly ankle pain is gone, and fever and flu-like symptoms gone :D though i still have a bit of the cough. this is like one of those RPG games where you go to a bed, or an inn, click "rest" and then all your hp and mp is restored lol.
isnt the body just so amazing? awesome creation from an awesome creator :D aye i'm so glad i'm gonna study more about it next time :D

i just finished work at 730pm todayyyyy on a frydayyyy. and i'm going to work again tmrw on a saturdayyyy because of JCI. i need zzzzzzzzzzzzzz. but i must say, i am so very efficient! finished so many things already :D but its annoying when you have to work with some other inefficient people coz you have to keep chasing them, partly coz some of them are lazy *coughlazyengineercough* and some of them are incompetent so you gotta do their work for them/ search for people who know how to do it. and some engineers piss me off coz their english sucks so much that no one understands what theyre trying to say (in many many many documents rawr) and so much time is wasted editing that english. they should go for grammar courses before doing any other courses! SIGH.

JCI's pretty taxing on everyone here (except maybe finance ahahaha) and my poor poor boss has nary a fat cell in his body, his cheeks are concave! his pants are loose! he's eating m&ms that expired 2 years ago that has suspicious chinese words on it just coz he found them somewhere at his table and he doesnt have time to buy stuff to eat!! i hope he had the nuts i bought him the other day.

humus is the new peanut butter!
i've been addicted to humus ever since my parents brought some back from israel!! its AWESOME ok. i keep making stuff to eat it with, and it just tastes so GOOD!! :D
watching zohan got me interested in tasting it, coz they used humus for everything! i need more more more humus!

cable skiing
i went to the cable ski park at east coast on wed-hari raya with ivan and joseph! poor josh couldnt make it coz he was sick ): first time, but we did well! there was a beginner's recommended course that starts with kneeboarding followed by skiing and finally wakeboarding, but we skipped it all and went straight for the coolest-wakeboarding (which might not have been such a great idea coz we couldnt really do it hahah)
IT WAS SO FUN. even though we didnt even get past the 1st ramp. we lost our balance after just 2-3 secs everytime hahahah. its pretty tough! joseph and i managed to get the furthest, and i managed to do the most stylish one!! :D heehee. imma gonna be the next tony hawk. yeah right. i need to be able to make it beyond the first ramp hahah. well anyway, mine was the most stylish, as ivan said, because i put my board perpendicular to the direction the cable was pulling me, and you can imagine the coolness of the plumes of water made by that eh? eh?
they said that everytime i fell, it took some time for me to let go of the cable so i would always be dragged a distance (i FLEW half the time, they said) and there was once, by board got stuck at the start and i was yanked by the cable and landed about 7 plus metres away. lol. oh, and coz i kept getting dragged along on the water, my shorts almost came off! :D harhar
there was this auntie in a bikini who was awfully pro. her wakeboard was just a flat piece with nothing to strap your feet to! like, nothing! flat surface! but she could do it beautifully anyway!
now i'm aching in muscles i never knew i had! there's one along my right ulna, and my armpits (harhar) and the back of my left knee!
DAMAGES: student price of $37 for 1 hour on a public hol, and i've got a bruise/scrape (its a scruise! or a brape! i think scruise sounds better) on my shin from where my board hit/scraped me. aye battle scar. pity its healing so fast.
wakeboarding is SO FUN. anyone wanna go with me?? :D we might just be splashing around most of the time though hahah
