i really dont. gahh. dunno whether thats good or bad though. that lazy engineer guy's just a distant thing now. but it was pretty scary, coz no one had ever threatened me like that. the only threats i ever got were things like "if you dont get your homework done, i'll dismantle the modem" or "if you dont bring your notes/book to class i'll give you extra homework" da-yum, everythings about homework! am i a singaporean student or what?!well the lazy engineer guy problem has been solved, efficiently! all i did was tell my boss the truth about him, my boss said he fully agrees with me (even told me once that that guy makes him want to vomit blood sometimes due to certain incompetencies) and said he'll counsel that guy and ask him why he lied. yay. i say, telling the right adult will solve the problem. adults are pretty darn cool.
a summary of the lazy engineer guy problem because i removed the previous 2 entries:
there's this lazy engineer guy that's in another department that my boss heads. he's like the most senior person in that dept under my boss, and my boss asks me to help him sometimes (he asks me to help lots of people hahah, which is fun coz you make new friends) but anyway, he's been asking me to do stuff for him more and more when my boss isnt around. i wouldnt have a problem with doing stuff for him if he was a nice guy, but he lied to me and my boss, and threatened me, so it was pretty difficult. he'd always tell me to do his work first, not my dept's work even if i told him it was urgent, he'd say his was more important that my boss', which pissed me off coz my boss is a nice guy and his stuff's more urgent (like TOTALLY) and there was also a problem coz someone from my dept was not very happy that i kept helping the other dept, and not my dept. and this lazy engineer kept insinuating that i was slacking when i wasnt around to help him (coz i was doing other more important work) and was pretty unhappy that i wasnt devoting all my time to him. like lol. so anyway, the last straw was when he gave me a 3000 word document of copy-pasted notes, and the criteria for selection for the award, to do a 500 word article so the hospital could win some award for being environmentally friendly, and said it was just a 1000 word writeup that he had done, and all i needed to do was summarise it into 500 words, adding that it it could be done in just half an hour. he told my boss he just needed me for half an hour and this was of course, entirely untrue. i was supposed to help him the next day, but took the day off coz my swiss friends just arrived and my mum wanted me to entertain them for a day. so that day he got someone to msg me and tell me to come (like, he cant msg me himself coz i'm unworthy of his msges??) and i told the person i had the day off. so i get this msg from him after that "i will have a word of yr performance with COO and Donald" (my boss is donald, and coo is donald's boss) whoa. his english sucks, and i had never gotten threats like that before. scary, even though i knew he couldnt do anyhing to me, i mean, i'm a temp staff. hahaha. so i told my boss! YAY.
well anyway i've been unbelievably busy this past week, coz i stopped work at alexandra on thurs so i was busy preparing byebye stuff, and also with other arrangements and presents. and helped with alee's party yesterday :D no breathing space man. i'm like, starting at nuh now, voluntary research stuff. which is dumb coz i should be earning money like yoosing to pay for my education ):
