i was talking to this nurse and she suddenly said that she thinks i should do paediatrics. so i was like EH? why? (paediatrics is something i totally didnt even THINK of doing, pls. cue snotty little singaporean brats whining/trying to show off/acting like theyre the centre of the universe) then she dropped the bombshell, "youre small small cute cute like kids so you all look alike and can relate to each other better! i think kids will like you!" stabbed me right through the heart thanks. but i still like her coz she's super nice((: that was a big ouchieee
the other day when i was buying sneakers and looking for my size, size 3, the guy only had size 5 and he said "uhh can buy 5 first la, you will grow one" so i was like ummmmmmmmm, no can you search harder for that size 3? i dont GROW ANY MORE):
i spent a large part of labour day working. at home. yes. i am THAT busy. can i have a pay rise, please?
was working on photoshop for mailer designs for our upcoming ALEXANDRA FAMILY DAY!! specifically for our family pageant segment! hohohoho! and when we're all done we get to be STATIONMASTERS! hohoho! but i have to get this done 1st. sigh. you know, all my photoshop skills were self taught, so i only learnt it when i had time (which meant i had work to do for photoshop) ah well.
so after i worked for family day, kat came over and we discussed THE NJ GATECLIMBERS TEE! which meant i had to work on photoshop again. but at least i had company!
then after that yuelin came over and 3 of us went out! yayyy. i like going out. then kat left to meet her cousin and yuelin and i went to watch forbbiden kingdom. was pretty cool, but not enough jackie chan vs jet li actionnnn. and the girls really suck at fighting cool.
i made 2 new friends while queueing for tickets ahahaha. sanjay and karthik (another karthik??) haha ummm we just started talking(: it turns out that sanjay and shubana are in the same tuition class too! and then after the movie, yuelin and i met lots of people! i bumped into my pri1 teacher mrs tan! she still looks the same. lol and she has 3 kids! then we bumped into vivian teh who was working at borders! and then we bumped into sharmaine oh at the bus stop behind borders! hahahahaha
heh. and i worked again yesterday, on my day off. my boss offered me the day off! yay he's super nice. but i still have to work coz i'm behind (this isnt even my department's work! its like, corpcomm!) but i like corpcomm stuff too so nvm hahahah
today i went out with my anna yoosing silvia jean astrid! hehehehee sounds funny. we had lunch at ichiban boshi, shopped and dessert at azaru sabo (however you spell it) and then 3 of them went off for college day. eew. hahahahahah
ok i'm tired of typing. but must note all these down coz it was fun. mmmmmm sukiyaki for dinner with aunts and uncles!
