yes they do. my dad forgot to pay my handphone bill for just 1 month and they turn off all my handphone services without warning. thats awfully nice. AND FOR THAT, I'M GONNA sive starhub another chance, and if they do it again i'm gonna MAKE A SWITCH to some other handphone thingy service thing. whatever its called.
hmm i've got a place in unsw, but i'm hoping to get into monash coz its a year shorter. but even if i dont, i dont mind coz sydney's a nice place to live in and aunty angeliq and lots of people will visit me if i'm in sydney! yayy. even my ceo said i should go to unsw coz sydney's a pretty place(:

went to sentosa with yuelin on saturday to build GONDOR! hohoho! and we did! a rougher version of course, who could have enough time and strength to do all the tiny details! i'll post pics of it soon(: aye we applied and re-applied SPF 50 sunblock (yuelin twice, me thrice) and we still got marginally darker.(yuelin got darker than me, of course) hahaha. oh and the sun got through yuelin's shirt! like, she got tanned under the shirt, said she could see the lines made by her swimsuit. after the whole thing i realised i forgot to put sunblock on my back where there was an aesthetic opening in my swimsuit, and i am therefore sunburnt at the small of my back thank you very much. ayeee i'm going brain dead too tired.
oh ya there was this indian guy who walked past with his family, looked at our gondor and told his family "OH MY GOD!" with that super duper funny indian accent, pointing to our gondor! hahahhahahh
oh boy we had good good food. superdog for lunch and shin kushiya (however you spell it) for dinner. i'll elaborate more when i post pics la. tireddd

he had a bbq party yumyum, and everyone crowded around the bbq place to inhale smoke and get lung cancer! i'm joking. oh man i think i'm overworked.
and now i have to do mailers for our family day event (yes i am doing corpcomm work even though i'm in hospital planning. but its fun la) and the thing is i dont have a comp or fixed seating place at work now coz alexandra is too poor and we dont have enough comps for the additional people we hire. OVERCROWDING in the office!
ah. today i did hospitalplanning/facilities/corpcomm stuff. heh. at least no finance.
aye my boss is cool la. he's always making jokes, with an almost-straight face coz he's so tired and overworked, and he's super nice. and the people around are so cool too. i'm blessed(:

i was out late on monday wednesday and thursday for dinner with lots of lovely people. tiring, but goooooood fooooood and great company to match!
today i was mistaken for peaktra (i dunno how to spell her name) who's a fellow fresh-outta-school-working-as-i-do-uni-applications person! that was funny. anyway, since yoosing's on attachment, her department, finance, has been borrowing me to do work for them (rarrr you slackerrrrr) then i went around looking for boxes! to put the books i sorted into! heh i wore gloves when sorting and stuff coz i kept getting horribly painful paper cuts and it was pretty dirty/dusty. then after that, jeremy, another fresh-outta-school-working-as-i-do-uni-applications
but-waiting-for-ns-first person asked me what i did at night. SLEEP LA. yen tan and weiling-onee-san then took the opportunity to tease him. dunno what they teased him about coz i was quite brain dead hahahaha. li ching gave me cake <3 i love li ching(: she's cool. imma gonna start a li ching fanclub.

i was praised to the skies today, by the guy who wanted me to meet his son. he said i was really smart, i've got excellent english (well, compared to the engineers, of course i do) i'm really great, i'm really above average etc etc. i like :D heheheheheheeee. i gues he was impressed coz i handled a whole hundred+ page mechanical&electrical contract for a hospital+medical centre for them. heh. i would say, i managed the thing, yo. i'm a manager!!! not many teenagers get to manage a whole contract for tenders, so i guess its praiseworthy (:
but some engineers are really annoying. theyre lazyyy la. rawr. its good they werent in my project work group or something hahaha. but i still have to work with them coz i'm helping to edit their crappy-english-contracts. we should send people for training courses in grammar before anything else, yo! we have to waste time and resources editing things coz they cant get their is-are-of-and-etc-etc correct.
smelly is gross. BO is ok if you keep it under control, which means i'm not affected even if i stand next to you. if i'm gasping for fresh air even though i'm a metre away, you need to quarantine yourself. also, if its hot, please dont wear a jacket so you can look cool because that will make you sweat even more and make everyone else suffer. RARRRR stupid smelly guy!!!!!! even though i was dead tired, i left my seat to stand somewhere else coz of you, your BO and your noisy conversations!

i am BUSY. am juggling like, hospital planning, facilities, corpcomm - 3 departments of work. EH i'm only a temp staff hahahahaha. i dont mind though, its fun.
friday was tiring, and so was satuday! my aunts, my mum and i went to the "shoe & bag affair" sale at takashimaya's atrium! there were loads of shoes, bags/purses and some belts from a plethora of brands from guess to comoditee to kiku to geox, all going at crazily affordable prices. there was this large comoditee tote that went for 39bucks and the last time i saw it i think it was more than twice that price. stella would go crazy :D heheh. we bought lots of stuff(: i got 2 bags and a pair of shoes! yayyy. then we all had dinner together! i loveeee having dinner together! we're gonna have dinner together again tonight! hohoho
saturday was busy too! and SO FUN. i had lunch with yuelin at coffee bean (it was like, her 2nd ever time at coffee bean poor thing) and after that we took a bus down to nj and walked from nj to sc! hohoho its good fun, really. so we went for the sc carnival and bumped into lots of people! we met dil (and her boyfriend) who gave us $20 worth of tickets coz she couldnt spend them all, and mrs bowness who gave us some more tickets for the same reason! the carnival was really packed! it was so hot we kept getting cold drinks and still couldnt keep cool): WE BUMPED INTO MRS LOGAN LIKE, 6 TIMES!!!! she looked soooo pretty in her yellow sleveless emboidered punjabi suit top and red pants and sash! she bought the suit from tekka market lv2 (she says its a good place to shop coz theyre really cheap there, about $30-40) aye she's so cool :D the carnival wasnt very entertaining (partially because of the crowd) but we caught up with teachers and found out that *gasp* mrs lee soo cheng, our beloved math teacher had left because her husband had to do business somewhere like kuala lumpur or something): but we saw mr ang who lost A LOT OF WEIGHT, 5 kg he says, and ms audrey tan, and i saw old sc friends, juniors etc etc. oh yes and mrs neoh's voice was heard blaring out the loudspeakers like, every 5 mins, and then every 2 seconds when the carnival ended.
after that, yuelin had to go on a date with her ninja boyfriend! ((: heheheeeeeee
and my parents brought me out to some posh japanese restaurant, cant remember what its called though, while i was still dressed in my afternoon's sweaty gear, which consisted of baggy aristal tee, shorts, and flipflops. OH MAN. but it was cool to be surrounded by so many japanese people (especially the uber cute little jap boys! theyre soooo much better than singaporean boys i tell you!) some waiters were dressed in suits and they had earpieces (josh called them mafia) and they were really really cool. theyre really...manly japanese men. josh was like, theyre so manly! ARGH why are japanese people so cool! anyway, the food there was really good. cant remember what its called. it has a japanese name! hahaha like that helps.
after that we had a walk along clarke quay (which actually is just a dirty canal with mud coloured water, though you cant see it at night) and josh pointed out a girl sitting down who had her jeans so low she was flashing her butt crack.
the weather is getting so hot! i neeeeed a glass of ice cold water now.

i had so much fun today! it was the myanmar new year water festival! they ensure you are thoroughly soaked XD they myanmarian/myanmarite/myanmar/burmese nurses were in chrage of the whole thing and they sure know how to have fun! its like, a water party hahaha. there was loads of food, delicious food at that, and buckets and buckets of water and a HOSE hohoho. the nursing director was really swift! i kept missing him even though i had quite a few tries at dousing him with a bucket of water. darn i need to improve my water-bucket throwing skills. oh and when you want to leave, they carry you and put you INTO a basin of water (imagine me sitting in a basin, legs sticking out) quickly rub some shampoo into your hair, and then pour what seemed to be a mini waterfall's worth of water over you! theyre so cool hahahaha.
a random note: a patient, an old man who likes to play chinese chess, called me "beautiful" the other day <3 hahha he's so cute. he usually speaks chinese so it was pretty surprising hahaha. anyway he needs to get his eyes checked.

i tried soju today! its the green bottle of 90.5% alcohol drink that korean people drink on those korean shows! my parents bought it and asked if i wanted to try hahaha. theyre crazy over those korean shows.
soju smells like... alcohol, like the alcohol swabs you use to swab skin before taking blood? yeah. it has a smooth texture, a slightly thicker consistency than water, and its a little sweet. you can definitely taste the alcohol, its pretty strong, and makes my tongue a little numb. i cant imagine drinking bottles and bottles like lovelorn korean men in the shows though.
one more thing!
oh yes, please dont take everything i say too seriously, coz i seem to be spouting lots of rubbish these days :D

went back to school on monday night to get "college day certs??" but ashna forgot to bring them so i guess i'll have to go again! so stella navina tiff and i went out for dinner at curry wok! good stuff that was! and lovely lovely navina gave me a lift home :D
then tuesday night i was out again with cheryl mich and tisha! i like kimchi! but not too much hahaha
and thursday was the isat test which was screwed coz i was sick and got a headache midway coz of all my sneezing): i hope i was sane enough to do well :S we had like, a mini nj reunion at the isat test!! tiff, jean, soena, stellasasha, debra han and i-forgot-her-name! oh and i saw foongming! :D
i'm super super busy. whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. i thought i could relax after a levels!!!!
but then again, i'm not too happy when i'm free and have nothing to do, and i get bored.
