nj teachers day was cool. we were supposed to vote for teachers who most closely resembled some superheroes in character and looks hahaha.
sc teachers day was wonderful. the girls were all so sweet! there were dances and GASP a dance with like chinese high BOYS hahahaha. then there was a band with a super good drummer! and another one where they sang some songs like "bad day"so sweet! and drama. and they gave the teachers a test! like "do not turn the papers over until you are told to do so" "the use of electronic devices is strictly prohibited including calculators" "if there are no more questions, you may begin now. you have 60 seconds" "time's up. please put your pens down" "no more writing or marks will be deducted" anyway mr jamin jeow was the top scorer and ms heng was second. apparently a lot of teachers put down her name instead of theirs on the paper hahahaha. there were so many new teachers! so anyway mr jeow was somewhere else when they asked for the top scorers to step out haha. then they were like "TRUANCY. tsktsk. 5 points!" hahahaha. anyway the meepok tasted exceptionally good(: i treated yuelin to a bowl haha so she had 2!(: MRS LOGAN wasnt there today. it would have cheered up her a great deal): i passed her sheep to mrs yogee to pass it to her(:

i was in orchard at 830am today!(: doing cip!(: public education cip for the children's cancer foundation!(: i love them(: adeline was with me from the morning till about 1230 and then alyssa came and adeline left(: so anyway i was happy and high in the morning coz they gave us breakfast things with vitagen (less sugar!) and there was also free cotton candyyyyy(: hohohoho(: so i was jumping around and asking people to do our crossword puzzles(: then something happened to make my mood go totally down): there was this lady in a muslim headscarf who was walking around see. i accidentally stepped on the back of her slipper and both of us tripped. apparently her slipper tore a bit. so i said sorry for quite a bit. then she went off. later she came to our booth and talked to me. she said 'see you stepped on my slipper now broken i cannot walk properly! i stay in pasir ris le' so i said i was really really sorry. then she said 'so how. you pay for it' i said huh i have no money but i'm really sorry ok. so she went off in a huff.
it only tore a little and only at one side. most of that side was attached. gahhh. then adeline and alyssa tried to make it better. they said that it wasnt deliberate and 'if you step on, and break a lot of people's slippers are you gonna pay for all of them?' hahaha. anyway i think she was quite mean. the headscarf lady. anyway later alyssa pointed out that she could walk normally and could even carry things so i dont feel so bad. we had a public speaking workshop after school today! it was funnn(: we had some snacks (secretly) in the lecture, and the tutorial was the fun part(: we each had to make a 3min speech on one of the 6 topics given, present it in front of your class while being videotaped, and the best speaker gets a starbucks voucher! go faisallll!(: you were good(: anyway, i did the topic about focusing on the more important things in life(: here's the outline of what i MEANT to say ahaha(:
-we studystudystudy to get a job and earn money -people are after money, sex, power according to many adults -so we earn money, but money is material and so is transient. you'll just die and money doesnt help -with money, you get power (power to influence the market economy! hahah) -or power from your job etc -power corrupts -with money and power, people want to have kids with you coz of security -one should not focus on sex coz you should all stop at 3: keep the replacement rate at 2.2 ya? SO WHAT SHOULD YOU DO? -according to oprah, the aim in life is to find yourself -i agree to a small extent -focus should be on LOVE(: -with love, you will realise yourself and your potential(: -and find JOY -and PEACE -and so ENLIGHTENENT! -actually its all about love, joy and peace -so we should all focus on just that(:
ahh there. anyway i ended up talking rubbish coz i forgot what i wantd to say. anyway when the fast forwarded the replay, i looked as if i was dancing. O.o
jean spoke about peer pressure. she really acted her AGE(: hahahhaha she was so deadddd. i wish i took a pictureeee(: agnes was so funny! she said we had to focus in life so she put her face closer to the camera! hahaha. aleeeee! hahaha she was really passionate about hockey(: and she mentioned KATLYNNNN! she said you were a really pro and hardworking goalkeeper!(:

then i went to the band room to meet jean! after listening to her play the horn (it sounded a little constipated), i went to play with the drum set!!!!!SO FUN! now i wanna learn drumssss(: i learnt both the rhythms that jean taught me! but its quite basic, so. hahaha i love it! i want a drumm set!!!!(:
