I JUST HAD THE COOLEST MORNING EVER!
i had 8 freaking hours of sleep! yayyy! and i only woke up coz i needed to use the toilet! ahahaaa such a wonderful wonderful long sleep!
then my mum n dad took me to chinatown to eat breakfast! the place is so interesting! we had wonderful food! raw fish, porridge, chee cheong fun, chwee kueh (that rocked), fried carrot cake with extra egg! yumyumyum! heh i still cant tell the difference between chwee kueh and chee cheong fun! then i was drinking my usual pokka green tea in a tiger beer mug! haha same colour!
then the pap candidates for jalan besar (apparently thats in chinatown or something) came round shaking hands with everyone in the hawker centre! lee boon yang, yaacob ibrahim, heng chee how, lily neo and denise phua! so lily neo came to our table and asked in chinese whether we lived here. CHINESE. i speak chinese very badly. i have a retarded accent. so i said in ENGLISH that we did not. and she continued speaking in chinese. ok. well she looks pretty now with straight hair. anyway my mum was friends with denise phua so my dad asked if she was around. so lily neo went to get her! ahha so cute. denise phua looks sho cyute! pinchable cheeks! haha when she saw my mum and vice versa, they were like 'ahhh!' lol like they were secondary school friends haha. then denise phua wanted to take a photo with us. did i mention that there were lots of cameramen with big, scary cameras tagging along with them? so we took a pic haha. anyway we met lots of my mum's friends like a gp teacher in pioneer and her other one in a dyslexia association.
then when we were leaving we saw the whole pap group eating breakfast with lots of ppl watching them haha. oh dear i really pity them. the hawkers must be stuffing them with food haha. more enthusiastic than even mrs kang my old chinese tutor!
THE MOST INTERESTING PART! we went down to buy fish from the wet market but almost all the stalls were closed. then i stopped at one stall. the woman was taking frogs out of the cage. she took 3. then one by one she whacked their heads against the metal table thing of the stall as she carried out a conversation with her customer. oww. then she put them upside down on the table and took a pair of scissors. they were motionless except for a bit of twitching. then she took one and snipped off its head! haha gross. she didnt even do it in one snip! haha then she cut off the hands and feet and dropped it on the table again. then the headless, handless and feetless body started struggling on the table. eeeeeewwww. she did the same for the other 2 and then cut the bodies thru the middle lengthwise halfway thru the body. the bodies were still struggling. she then took a pair of pliers and peeled the skin off the frogs. it was like one piece. it came off easily in one piece. then you could see the muscles and stuff still moving a bit. then she took another pair of pliers, thinner ones now, and pulled out the guts of the frogs. everyhting was bloody man. hahahaaa so gross.

sorry sorry to the ppl who waited to give me flowers/cards(thanks yuelin ur too thoughtful!) and couldnt give them to me! we had to pack up our things before leaving! chriselle!!!! i'm so sorry! i will give u a beeeeg hug on monday! thanks for also telling me about the other ppl who waited!!!!!!!!! sorry sorry!!!!!

heheh good friday! i love public hols haha. well service today was funny coz they had holy communion and had to pass the 'bread' and 'wine' (ribena haha) down the aisles and i hadnt reaffirmed yet so i couldnt take it, and the girl next to me was like looking at me haha. oh well.
leekuanyew's show is on now. josh says journalists are asses coz they INTERRUPT mind you theyre interrupting LEEKUANYEW the coolest grandpa around. such barbaric rude rascals should not be allowed on tv unless they learn manners. dont they know that kids watch tv? journalists and the horrible media are the reason you dont get real professional radio interviews. they want to trap the govt/civil servants and stuff. thats why some people reject the interviews. i love lee kuan yew. he's cool. he should get friendster! confession! and a bad cheerleading workshop
i climbed over the school gate on monday! coz i had nothing to do till 2! so chriselle n liwen asked me to go with them to watch v for vendetta! it was pretty easy haha but weird coz the people at the bus stop were all staring at us!
anyway cheerleading workshop was dumb. i went with margaret, lihui, jiayi n chokwan. we only did stunts that is when people pile up on top of one another. ehh so much for learning to flip around. bah. tall meera was at the workshop! she was a flyer! which means she's a really light person whom people put on the top of pyramids n stuff. we did shoulder stands, sits, elevator thingys, pyramids, and basket throws. dangerous? yes! the only safety precaution was our "human cushion" that is the crowd, to soften the falls. they didnt even put mat on the floor so we were doin it on the hard brick road. a girl scraped her hand on the floor. another girl called sharon fell when they were throwing her up in the air and caught everything except her head. so she fell and hit her head on the floor with a really really loud knock and now she's in hospital with a blood clot in her head. pray for her!
